Sarah is an executive and single mom who works in the finance industry. She works a high-stress job, with a lot of competing demands and responsibilities. She constantly feels like her task list is endless, and prioritizing her own health comes second to making sure she does her job well. Even when Sarah gets home, work doesn’t end. She is frequently glancing at her phone and responding to emails. Sarah’s school-aged kids are overbooked with extracurricular activities. Unwinding at home usually results in Sarah in front of the TV, with the kids playing on smartphones and tablets. Once her kids are in bed, Sarah has a few moments to herself - but she finds it difficult to unwind, her mind always racing. She finally falls asleep at 1:00 AM, ready to start the whole routine all over again the next day.

Mitchell is a university student earning a Bachelor’s degree in a competitive program. Mitchell discovered that university was a steep learning curve from high school, and he is committed to doing his best. He is also involved in extracurricular activities, including varsity sports. On the outside, Mitchell seems to have it together - but inside, he is falling apart. Mitchell stays up until 2 or 3 AM cramming for exams and completing assignments. He is frequently comparing himself to his peers on social media. Mitchell is also trying to juggle a part-time job in addition to everything else in order to get on top of his student loans. Mitchell’s self-worth depends on his grades and his accomplishments. Balancing all of his commitments leaves no time for setting healthy habits. Although he exercises, his diet consists of quick energy boosts, including sugar and caffeine. Like many of his peers, he’s addicted to social media - and it’s taking over his life!
